About LINDSAY MCCALL

It’s so nice to meet you!

I am an artist living in Edina, Minnesota with my husband and two young boys. I work out my home studio which allows me to create throughout the day whenever time allows.

My journey as an artist officially began in 2015 shortly after my husband and I got married. As I tried different mediums I eventually found my way to watercolor and acrylics. I started creating watercolor home portraits and eventually started teaching these skills to others with my watercolor home portrait class. In 2018 right before the birth of our first child, I started painting with acrylics and that was when I found my passion. Eventually the urge to do my art as my career was so strong I eventually decided to leave my job as an occupational therapist in 2021. I am passionate about pursuing my dream and encouraging others to be creative and pursue their dreams as well.

I am most typically inspired by the world around me and how to create a unique balance of color and form through my paintings. I am currently self-represented and sell my work online.
